The academy was introduced at a recently held training programme themed “Growth and Mastery: Equipping Real Estate Practitioners with the Skills to Thrive in a Dynamic Market.” The sessions focused on practical areas such as sales management, client engagement, market analysis, and current industry best practices, reflecting the realities of today’s property market.
Explaining the motivation behind the initiative, Mr. Christopher E. Omonole, MD/CEO of CMW Properties Ltd, said the Realtors Academy was set up to close existing skill gaps in the sector while encouraging transparency, professionalism, and long-term growth. He emphasized that the programme aligns with the company’s wider commitment to human capital development and its vision of contributing to the reduction of Nigeria’s housing deficit by supporting well-trained and ethically grounded real estate professionals.
In addition to the academy, CMW Properties Ltd continues to grow its presence across key locations.
