Affordable Spread Plans And Good Allocation Time Possible With Saniel Dan Properties – Sandra Williams, CEO
Sandra Williams, the CEO of Saniel Dan Properties, a real estate firm in Lagos, Nigeria has shed light on her journey into the real estate industry, her company’s mission, and their unique advantage over its competitors.

On what motivated her to enter the real estate industry and establish Saniel Dan Properties, she said: “I began my journey into real estate in 2013 when I bought my first land in Ibeju Lekki 2 plots of land, I saw the potential in it when I heard people talk about how much profit was been made from selling land, it made me see a future and it motivated me to become who I am today.”

She spoke on how their company maintains a competitive edge in the market and the uniqueness of the company. Williams believes it’s their accountability, reliability, and transparency that sets them apart. “We believe in accountability, reliability, and transparency as this is something lacking in the industry, we maintain our edge with our prices and values,” She said.

Since its inception till date, the company has successfully built homes and undertaken projects for building in different locations, like the Osapa and Ajah areas of Lagos State. They are currently working on Bliss Bay and Prima Grazia Project.

It is worthy of note that the company prioritizes environmental safety and puts measures in place to avert environmental hazards. When asked about the ways in which the company contributes to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in real estate development, Williams said; “The environment is very important to us and we believe in carefully accessing our lands for hazards before allocation also majority of our lands are dry land for insurance against weather factors.”

It is one of their mission to ensure flexible payment plan for prospective customers. As prices of goods are constantly increasing, it is expected that the real estate industry also experience its own share of increased pricing and value. Saniel Dan Properties, in their way of helping everyone comfortably own houses, have a flexible payment plan “according to prices of our properties such as outright payment plan and a 3 to 12-month payment plan depending on the client’s outright payment.”

The CEO averred that customer satisfaction is important to them as a company and ensures their customers are carefully carried along all through the process of buying from initial inquiry to final handover. “Our customers are important to us and we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, upon inquiry we let our customers know our policies and we make sure our customers understand them, allocation time is important to us to ensure we maintain trust with our clients so we make sure we allocate our lands on time,” she said.
