Nitaablonde, whose real name is Anita Osikweme Osikhena and formerly known as Aniitablonde, has released a new single titled ‘My Birthday Song’ to celebrate her birthday with her fans. Nitaablonde has been making waves in the music industry with her dynamic performances and has performed on big stages alongside top artists like Davido.
The Edo State native recently released a two-part EP, ‘Godzilla/Master,’ further establishing her presence in the music scene. Known for her seamless fusion of pop, hip-hop, dancehall, and Afrobeats, Nitaablonde’s distinctive Afro-Fusion style is showcased in tracks like ‘Toxic’ and ‘Like This.’
Beyond her music, Nitaablonde is a dedicated advocate for girl child education and women’s empowerment. As a former contestant in the Miss Nigeria pageant, she promotes these causes through her initiative, “Guard Her,” and was the 3rd runner-up in the pageant’s 43rd edition.
Nitaablonde also displays her versatility as an actress, having starred in the Nollywood film ‘The Island,’ and took on the role of a model host at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Her lead single ‘Godzilla’ from her recent EP continues to make an impact, showcasing her bold and boundary-pushing musical style.
