The SkillUpImo project, a program initiated by the Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Government, Imo State seems to be attracting Tech giants into the state.
Several Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and other tech giants from Konga and Zinox Group were present at the graduating ceremony of the first set of graduands from the scheme over the weekend in the state capital, Owerri.
Representatives of the companies were on the ground to conduct interviews and employ the fresh sets of graduates from the program.
Gideon Ayogu, The Group Head, Marketing and Communications, Zinox Group, and Mrs. Judith Ugwu, Head, People Engagement and Administration, Konga, had represented their companies.
