British-American social media personality, Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan have been moved from jail to house arrest after spending three months in detention.
Andrew and his brother were arrested in December 2022. They were both charged with rape, human trafficking, and involvement in organized crime. Both have denied any of the claims.
After several applications From their lawyers were denied, a Court of Appeal seated in Bucharest ruled that the Tate brothers should be released from jail and placed under House arrest.
They were released along with the two other people, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, that were arrested as accomplices.
All four are to stay in the buildings they live in and cannot leave without judicial permission to leave.
