Prince Harry Ignored By Family At The Coronation Of His Father, King Charles III

Prince Harry’s status as an outcast in his family was ruthlessly emphasized at the coronation of his father on Saturday, 6th May.
The prince was pushed to the third row, two rows behind his brother, Prince Williams where he sat alongside his cousins and his controversial uncle, Prince Andrew who was ousted by the royal family for sexual abuse charges.

He was unusually clad in a civilian clothing, despite serving in the British Army for 10 years, he should have worn a full army gear. According to The People magazine, he wore a simple black suit ‘because he was asked to’.

Prince Harry was also absent when the rest of the royal family made their appearance on Buckingham Palace’s balcony. Queen Camilla’s grandchildren also joined the family on the balcony.

For the most part of the event, the prince was alone and looked lonely and wore a fake smile to hide his discomfort.
His wife, Meghan skipped the ceremony to celebrate her son’s birthday.

Harry did not join the coronation procession as he was already on his way to the airport even while his father and brother and other royal relatives waved to the crowds.

Harry, considered to be the black sheep of the family, saw his father and brother for the first time after his explosive book ‘Spare’ made shocking revelations about his family. In his book, he revealed that Prince Williams physically attacked him. He also shared his thoughts on the new Queen. He had referred to her as a ‘wicked stepmother’ and whom he begged his father not to marry.
